Sessions are booked by the hour, with a 2 hour minimum. Come in with positive intention instead of focusing on problems or disease. Sit and relax, or sleep. We suggest you make yourself comfortable in one of our reclining chairs, close your eyes and go inward to receive the full benefits. People will be relaxing with their eyes closed or hopefully, sleeping. Earplugs and eye covers are recommended. You will want to close your eyes to get closer to a deep, relaxing, peaceful state. When your eyes are open, 80% of the body’s energy and your mind’s focus are being directed outward. We encourage you to take the time to set your intentions on what you would like to achieve, go inward and relax. Come in with an open heart and mind, ready to unplug, and support your body’s overall wellness. Finally, get ready for the deepest sleep/meditation of your life, and start to allow your body to heal itself. The power that made the body, heals the body!
